• Milk- 1/2 liter
• Condensed milk- 3/4th cup
• Paneer (grated)- 1/2 cup
• Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
• Almonds (chopped)- 1 teaspoon
• Raisins (for garnish) – 5-6
Now, how to prepare paneer kheer:
• First, heat a pan and add grated paneer to it.
• After that immediately add milk to the pan.
• Now, stir the milk and paneer continuously to avoid lumps for 5-6 minutes.
• Then, add condensed milk and again stir for 3-4 minutes.
• After that add cardamom powder to the mixture and mix it well.
• Add raisins and chopped almonds to the kheer.
• Mix it well and transfer it to the bowl.
• Now, garnish the kheer with almonds and raisins.
• Then, let it cool.
• Your paneer kheer is ready to be served.
