For cheela:
• Rice flour- 2 tablespoons
• Gram flour (Besan) – 1 cup
• Water- 3/4th cup
• Oil- 4 teaspoons
• Salt- 1 teaspoon
• Cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon

For filling:
• Carrots- 1/2 cup (chopped)
• Bell pepper- 1/2 cup (sliced)
• Oil- 2 teaspoons
• Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
• Chilli powder- 1/4th teaspoon
• Coriander powder- 2 teaspoons
• Cabbage- 3 cup (sliced)
• Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
• Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
• Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
• Cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon

Now, how to make vegetable cheela rolls:
• Take a big bowl and add rice flour, besan, salt and cumin seeds.
• Now, add water and mix the batter and form a smooth consistency.
• Then, take a pan and heat some oil over a medium flame.
• Add mustard and cumin seeds and cook till they start to make crackling sound.
• After that add the carrots, bell peppers and cabbage to the pan.
• Stir them for a minute.
• Now, add chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, sugar, and lemon juice.
• Again, stir all the ingredients and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
• After that, turn off the flame.
• In the meantime, put a pan over the flame and add oil to it.
• Now, pour 1/4th cup of batter on the pan and spread it evenly on the pan.
• Then, add oil over it to avoid stickiness.
• Wait for 30 seconds and then flip it with the spatula on the other side and cook.
• Once it is cooked add the filling and roll it.
• Your vegetable cheela rolls are ready to be served.
