Ingredients needed for curd rice recipe:
Rice- 1 cup
Ghee- 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Dry red chilli- 2
Urad dal (soaked)- 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves- 1 tablespoons
Asafoetida (heeng)- 1 pich
Green chilli- 1 (chopped)
Cashews- 2 tablespoons
Raisins- 1 tablespoon
Onion- 1 (thinly sliced)
Sweet corn- 2 tablespoons
Yogurt- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/4th cup
Salt- as per requirement
Coriander leaves- as per requirement
Black mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon

Now, how to make curd rice:
First, take a kadai and heat some ghee in it.
Now, add onion to the kadai and fry till they golden brown in color.
After frying the onion place it on an absorbent paper to soak the excess ghee.
Then, add black mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the kadai.
Stir and let them fry for few seconds.
Now, add the cashews, raisins, urad dal, asafoetida, corns, and curry leaves.
Then, add red chilli and green chilli to the kadhai.
Saute all the ingredients till they turn golden brown in color.
In the meantime, take a separate bowl and add curd to it.
Now, add some sugar and mix it well.
Then, add rice to the spice mixture that you prepared.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add salt as per your requirement and then cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
After that add half of the sweet yogurt in the kadai and mix well.
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Once the rice is cooked properly add the remaining sweet yogurt to the kadai.
Garnish curd rice with coriander leaves and fried onions.
And curd rice is ready to be served.
