Ingredients needed for the baked masala crunchy balls recipe:
Bread slices- 2
Soya chunks- 1 cup
Paneer- 100 grams
Potato (boiled)- 2 cups
Tomato ketchup- 2 teaspoons
Oil- 2 1/2 teaspoons
Boiling water- 4 tablespoons
Coriander leaves (chopped)- as per requirement
Black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Now, how to make baked masala crunchy balls:
First, take a large bowl of hot water and add sieve with soya granules in it. Soak it for a while.
Take a separate bowl and grate paneer.
Now, peel the boiled potatoes and add them to the bowl.
Then, add garam masala, salt, coriander leaves, black pepper, and tomato ketchup.
After that take the bread slices and soak them in little water.
Remove the excess water and crush the soaked bread slices into the bowl.
Now, mix all the ingredients nicely
Squeeze out the excess water from the soya granules and add them to the mixture bowl.
Then, again mix all the ingredients.
After that take some mixture and roll them into balls.
Repeat the same and make more such balls.
In the meantime pre-heat the oven to 200-degree Celsius.
Now, take a baking tray and grease it with some oil.
Then, place the prepared balls on the baking tray.
Keep the baking tray in the oven and let it bake for 20 minutes.
Once its cooked remove the tray from the oven and place it aside.
