It has been a very long time since I have shared a Chinese recipe. Chinese cuisine is one of my favourites and thus I thoroughly enjoy sharing Chinese recipes. The recipe that I am going to share today is the veg schezwan noodle recipe. This is one of my favourites as you can have it on its own or you can also pair it with a sauce or gravy as well. Definitely, a great recipe to try and enjoy with your loved ones.
Here is a step by step recipe of the same.

Ingredients:
Noodles- 1 packet (cooked)
Mix vegetables (capsicum, carrot, beans, mushrooms, cabbage)- 2 cups
Spring onion whites- 2-3 small (chopped)
Garlic- 3-4 cloves (Chopped)
Schezwan sauce- 1 tbsp.
Black pepper powder- ½ tsp.
Rice vinegar- 1 tsp.
Spring onion greens- 1 ½ tbsp.
Oil- 2 tbsp.
Salt- as per taste
Procedure:
1. Cook the noodles as per the instructions mentioned on the packet.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for few seconds.
3. Turn the flame on high and add the chopped onions. Sauté the onions on a high flame and cook for about 30-45 seconds.
4. Add the beans and continue to sauté on a high flame for 3-4 minutes.
5. Now add all the other vegetables and fry on a high flame for about 5 minutes.
6. Turn the flame to medium and add the schezwan sauce, black pepper and salt.
7. Add the noodles to the pan in batches while mixing well with the vegetables and the sauce.
8. Turn the flame to high and stir-fry the noodles for a minute or two.
9. Add the vinegar and toss well.
10. Check the seasoning and add more if required.
11. Turn off the flame and add the chopped spring onions.
12. Serve the schezwan noodles hot in individual bowls or plates.
