As someone who loves cooking, I am always in search of good recipes. But because I am always on a time crunch, the recipes which are quick to make and with the minimum effort tops my priority list. One such recipe is of paneer corn bites. This is the perfect snack for any party. It is quick to make, all the ingredients are easily available, the paneer, potato and corn fills you up and the most important thing, it tastes amazing. If you have kids at your home, they are going to love it and so will the grownups.
So without any further due let’s get started with the recipe.
Ingredients:
- Corn- 2 cups (boiled)
- Paneer- 200 gm
- Potato- 2 (boiled)
- Chaat masala- 1 tsp.
- Cumin or jeera powder- 1 tsp.
- Green chili-1 (finely chopped)
- Sesame seeds or til- 2-3 tbsp.
- Fresh coriander- 2 tbsp. (Chopped)
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. In a big bowl, grate the paneer and the potato. Now add the boiled corn to the bowl and mix everything. Now add the chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, green chili and chopped coriander to the mash and mix everything really well.

2. Now dampen your hands a little and start rolling small balls of this mixture. After you have made all the balls, roll them in sesame seeds or til.
3. Now heat oil in a kadhai and fry them. cook the paneer and corn bites until golden brown.

4. Serve them hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
