This paneer veg sandwich is your typical sandwich veg sandwich with an added filling of paneer. The addition of paneer gives it a rich and creamy flavour. You can also make the sandwich with just the paneer filling or add more veggies such as beetroot, mushroom, etc. to the recipe according to your preference.

Ingredients:
- Bread slices- 8-10
- Romato-1, medium sized (sliced)
- Potato- 1, medium sized (sliced)
- Onion- 1, medium sized (boiled, peeled and sliced)
- Paneer- 200 gm
- Fresh coriander- 1 tbsp. (chopped)
- Oregano- ½ tsp.
- Chilli flakes- ½ tsp.
- Green chilli- 1 (finely chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
- Black pepper powder- as per taste.
- Butter- as required
Procedure:
- Â Grate or crumble the paneer in a bowl.
- Â Add the chopped coriander, oregano, chilli flakes, green chilli, salt and pepper to the paneer and mix everything really well.
- Â Spread butter on one side of the bread slices. Now add some of the paneer stuffing on the buttered bread slices.
- Â Now place two-three slices of each vegetable on it and season it with some salt and pepper.
- Â Cover it with another buttered bread slice. Apply some butter on the top and bottom of the sandwich and toast it on a tawa, a sandwich griller or an oven.
- Â Serve your paneer vegetable sandwich hot with ketchup and your favourite chutney.
