At Home Recipe- Rava Malai Toast

A lot of new moms have this complaint that their little ones give them a really hard time when it comes to eating breakfast. Well, it is so because kids will be kids and they may get easily bored when they have to eat the same kind of breakfast day after another. So if you want to make sure that your child eats breakfast every day then you must make something special each day for them.
So today we are going to share with you the recipe of Rava Malai toast, which is super easy to prepare and tastes so good that your kids will be more than happy to finish their breakfast every day.

Ingredients:

  • White bread slices- 4-5 slices
  • Semolina or Rava- 5-6 tbsp.
  • Malai or milk cream- ½ cup
  • Ground cumin- ½ tsp
  • Tomato- 1 (chopped)
  • Capsicum- 1 (Chopped)
  • Onion- 1 (chopped)
  • Green chili- 2 (chopped)
  • Red chili powder- ¼ tsp.
  • Fresh coriander- 3 tsp. (Chopped)
  • Salt- to taste
  • Butter to toast the sandwich

Procedure:

1. In a big bowl, add the cream, semolina, cumin, chopped tomato, onion, capsicum, green chili, red chili powder, fresh coriander, and salt.

2. Mix all the ingredients really well so that everything is incorporated.

3. Now take a bread slice and spread the prepared mixture on one side of the bread. Prepare all the bread slices like this.

4. Now warm up a non-stick pan and apply some butter in the pan. Now one by one, place the prepared bread slices in the pan, with the filling side touching the pan first.

5. Let the toast cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Then apply some butter on the other side and carefully flip the toast.

6. Let it cook from the other side as well.
7. Take off the cooked toasts from the pan, cut into triangles and serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
