How to use cucumber mask for healthy eyes
- Peel off a half cucumber and grate it with the help of a grater. Then add 10- 15 drops of vitamin E oil in it followed by the addition of 1 tsp of aloe vera gel and finally mix all ingredients well. Apply this mask over the eyes and relax for minimum 15-20 minutes. This mask provides smoothening instantly. After the application time wash it off with normal tap water and pat dry with a towel. Apply some moisturizer if required.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices and steep them into diluted freshly squeezed lemon juice for 4-5 minutes. Take it out and place them directly on the eyes for a few minutes. Don’t rinse the slices after soaking it into the lemon juice. This mask helps you to get rid of droopy eyes instantly. You need to be careful while putting the soaked slices on the eyes as the juice of lemon can cause irritation of the eyes.

- Take a cucumber and grind it in a grinder. Pour the paste in a bowl and add 10- 15 drops of chamomile oil or lavender oil in to it. Now add 1 tsp honey and start mixing it to get the desired consistency. Apply this pack over eyes and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Wash off the mask with normal water and pat dry with a towel. Don’t apply the moisturizer as the honey will do this task.
- Take 1 tbsp full of cucumber juice and 1 tsp of lukewarm water; now add 1 tbsp full of unflavored gelatin which is available in the market, followed by the addition of few drops of lavender essential oil. Now take a butter paper sheet and pour the solution on to it. Spread the solution on the sheet with a spatula and allow it to cool. The solution will convert into a gel. Cut the gel into desired shape and place them underneath your eyes. Relax and remove it after 15 minutes. These gel cubes can be stored in the fridge to be used later.
