  •  To make the scrub, mix 2 tsp. rice flour with 1 tbsp. honey and 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar. Mix everything really well to make a paste.
  •  Soak your feet in warm water and then scrub your feet with the rice flour scrub.

  •  Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. Scrub off the dead skin cells with a pumice stone.

  •  In a double boiler, melt paraffin wax along with 2 tbsp. coconut oil or olive oil.
  •  Let the paraffin wax to cool down a bit. A thin layer will start to form on the top of the wax when it is cold enough. Dip your feet in the wax and keep them in for 5-10 seconds. Take out your feet from the wax and put them back in the wax again. Repeat this step several times till you have a few layers of wax on your feet.
  •  Cover your feet with a plastic bag. Leave the wax on your feet for 30 minutes.
  •  After the time lapse, remove the plastic and peel off the wax.
  •  Repeat the treatment once a week.
