What is the need to eat those readymade Aloo Bhujia when you can make them at home? Yes it is true! You can make Aloo Bhujia at home. So without wasting much time, let’s learn how to make crispy Aloo Bhujia at home.

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 2-3 tbsp. of rice flour
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
How to make Aloo Bhujia?
- Â Boil the potatoes and peel them off. Grate them using a cheese grater.
- Â Add some gram flour, salt, rice flour, garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric to it. Mash it with your hands to make a dough. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Â Now set the sev maker sieve in the Chakli Maker Machine. Make a long tube like shape with the dough made above. Add that dough to the machine and then close the attachment.
- Â Heat some oil in pan. Now make sev using the sev maker. Fry the sev until they are light brown in colour. Make the sev out of rest of the dough. Take it out of the oil and keep it on a paper so that it will soak the extra oil from the sev.
- Â Your Aloo Bhujia is ready. Store it in an air tight container.
