And why not? After all, mango is the national fruit of India. So in today’s recipe, we’re going to share the method to prepare this delicious eggless mango cake. Are you ready?

Ingredients
- Â 1 cup maida
-  ½ cup fried semolina (sooji)
- Â 1 teaspoon baking powder
-  ½ teaspoon baking soda
- Â 100 gm butter
- Â 6 tablespoon sugar
-  ½ cup milk
- Â Pinch of salt
- Â 1 mango
-  ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
-  ¼ teaspoon saffron
- Â 3 tablespoon cashew nuts
Method to prepare Eggless Mango Cake
- Â Add some saffron strands in milk and heat it on the stove to boil. When it comes to boil turn off the heat. Let the milk cool down.
- Â In a bowl, take some maida, salt, baking soda, fried semolina (sooji) and mix them well.
- Â Grate a mango and add some vanilla essence to it.
- Â Whip some sugar and butter. Add the saffron milk to it and whip it nicely.
- Â Add this mixture to the maida mixture and mix it well. Add the mango mixture to it. Add the cashew nuts to it and mix it well.
- Â Transfer this mixture to a cake bowl and keep it in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes at 170 degrees C. Tada, your eggless mango cake is ready!
