Ingredients
- 300 gm Paneer
- 3 capsicums
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 2 green chillies
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 2 tbsp. refined oil
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1/4th tsp of red chilli powder
- 1/4th tsp Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped green coriander leaves
How to Make Kadhai Paneer?
1. First of all, dice the paneer in square pieces. Wash the capsicum and scoop the seeds out of it and chop the capsicum into small pieces.
2. Similarly, chop the tomatoes and green chillies. Keep them aside. Grind the ginger to make a fine paste.
3. Heat some oil in a pan and add some cumin seeds. Add finely chopped onions to it and cook it till they get pinkish brown.
4. Add turmeric and coriander powder and sauté it well. add green chillies and ginger paste.
5. Add the diced tomatoes and cook it for 1 minute on low flame.
6. When the tomatoes start separating out from the oil, then add the diced capsicum to it. Cook it for few minutes.
7. When the capsicum becomes soft after cooking, add the paneer pieces and some water to it.

8. Add salt, red chilli powder and Garam masala. Mix it well. let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
