You must have eaten Chole Kulcha or Paneer Kulcha from the roadside vendors too many times. But have you ever tried to make it at home? Most of the people don’t get the recipe so they never try to make it at home. But today, we’ve brought this fool-proof recipe of Paneer Kulcha to you. You can prepare delicious Paneer Kulcha at home itself.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup refined flour
- 4-5 cups grated paneer
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1-inch ginger piece
- 2-3 tsp curd
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- 1 tsp dried mango powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Finely chopped green coriander leaves
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
How to Make Paneer Kulcha?
1. First of all, mix curd, baking soda, oil, ajwain and salt in refined flour. Knead a soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
2. Take the paneer cube and grate it using a cheese grater. Add green chillies, Garam masala, ginger, dried mango powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt to it. Mash it properly.
3. Make chapattis with the dough prepared above. Fill the paneer mixture in between and roll it again.

4. Put a pan on a high flame on gas. Bake the Kulcha from both the sides.
5. Your Paneer Kulcha is ready.
6. Serve it with Chole or a sabzi.
7. You can garnish it with onion rings and lemon.
