We can’t resist any cuisine made of paneer. And if it is Chinese, it is even more mouth-watering. So let’s make some variations in our regular veg spring rolls. Today we are going to teach you how to make Paneer Spring Rolls at home.
Ingredients:
- 250 gms maida (Refined flour)
- 100 gms Paneer
- 1/4th cup Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp. chilli garlic sauce
- 1/4th cup cheese grated
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Salt to taste
How to Make Paneer Spring Rolls?
- Â Add some salt to the refined flour and make a soft dough with it. Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside. Take some refined flour in a bowl and add some water to make a paste.
-  Heat some out in a pan and fry spring onions, paneer, chilli garlic sauce, cheese in it. Add salt to taste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Â Make small chapattis with the dough. Keep 2 teaspoons of the mixture prepared in the above step on the chapatti. Roll the chapati to give it a shape of a spring roll. Apply the maida and water paste on the ends to seal it. Make all the other rolls in this way.
- Â Heat some oil in a pan and fry the spring rolls in it. Fry them until they become brown. Take them out and keep it on a plate with a napkin paper.
- Â Serve them hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
