Ingredients
- 10 Parval
- 2 cup Mawa
- 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
- 10-15 chopped Almonds
- 10-15 chopped pistachio
- 3 tsp milk powder
- 1/4th tsp baking soda
- 3 cup sugar
How to Make Parval ki Mithai?
- Â First of all, peel the Parval and make a cut in the middle of it.
- Â To make the filling of the Mithai, heat a pan on the gas and roast the Mawa on the medium flame. Keep stirring it till it gets golden brown.
- Â Add sugar in it and elaichi powder. Mix it well. cook it for 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Â Heat 2 cups of water in another pan and add the remaining sugar in it. Make sugar syrup of 1 string thickness.
- Â Add the chopped almonds, pistachio and milk powder to it and mix it well. keep the mixture on a plate to let it cool down.
- Â Heat some water in a pan and boil the Parval in it. Boil it for 3 minutes and then turn off the flame.
- Â Soak the boiled Parval in the sugar syrup for 1 hour.
- Â Take those Parval out from the sugar syrup and keep them aside.
-  Fill the mixture in the Parval where you’ve made a cut. Press them lightly. Your Parval ki Mithai is ready.
- Â Add some strands of kesar from the top as a garnishing.
