- 2 cups chopped veggies: potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, French beans, peas and capsicum
- 1 medium sized onion chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4th tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 8-10 paneer cubes
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp. cream
- 2 tbsp. refined oil
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Salt

How to Make Spicy Mix Veg?
- Â Heat some oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
- Â Add the cumin seeds. Add the onions when the cumin seeds crackle.
- Â Fry the onions till they become translucent.

- Â Add the ginger garlic paste to the pan. Fry it till the smell of garlic disappears.
- Â Add the chopped tomatoes and cook it till the tomatoes become pulpy. Add the spices as mentioned above. Cook the mixture while stirring.

- Â Add a pinch of salt to speed up the cooking of tomato. Fry the tomatoes on low flame to prevent charring.
- Â Add the chopped green chillies.
- Â Add the chopped veggies to the mixture and cook.

- Â Cover and let the veggies cook.
- Â Add the water and cook it till the water dries up. Check if the veggies are soft.
- Â Fry the paneer cubes in a separate pan. Garnish the mix veg with paneer cubes and chopped coriander leaves.
