Papaya is also rich in Alpha Hydroxy Acids which is an excellent antioxidant. It plumps and smoothens the skin. The low sodium in papaya is responsible for its moisturizing properties. It hydrates your skin and retains the elasticity of the collagen and elastin fibres. The mask might burn a little, but don’t worry, it is completely normal. The enzymes in the papaya seeds cause the burning sensation. If the burning is intolerable, then take off the mask immediately.
