Ingredients needed to make Jeera Aloo:
• Boiled Potatoes- 2 (cut in cubes)
• Oil- 1 tablespoon
• Cumin seeds (Jeera)- 2 teaspoons
• Asafoetida (Hing)- 1/4th teaspoon
• Chilli powder- 1 1/2 teaspoons
• Coriander powder- 2 teaspoons
• Turmeric powder- 1/4th teaspoon
• Garam masala- 1 teaspoon
• Amchur (dry mango powder)- 1 teaspoon
• Salt- according to taste
• Kasuri methi- for garnish

Now, how to make Jeera Aloo:
• First, take a pan and pour oil in it.
• Let it heat.
• Now, add cumin seeds and asafoetida to the pan and let it sputter.
• Then, add the potatoes to the pan and stir it for 2 minutes.
• After that add salt, chilli powder, and turmeric powder.
• And let it fry for 2 minutes.
• Then, add amchur and coriander powder to the potatoes.
• Mix them well.
• And lastly, add garam masala and mix it thoroughly.
• After that, transfer the Jeera Aloo in a bowl and garnish it with Kasuri methi.
