Ingredients needed for thukpa soup recipe:
Tomato paste- 2 cups
Water- 3 cups
Fresh cream- 2 teaspoons
Sugar- 2 teaspoons
Salt- as per requirement
Black pepper- as per requirement
Boiled noodles- 2 cup
Ginger paste- 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste- 2 teaspoons

Now, how to make thukpa soup:
First, take a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Now, add tomato paste to the pan.
Then, add salt, pepper, sugar, and water to it.
Stir all the ingredients.
Add ginger and garlic paste to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
Let the mixture boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
After that add the boiled noodles to the mixture with cream and some water.
Again mix all the ingredients.
Let it boil for few minutes.
Then, turn off the flame.
Transfer the soup to a separate bowl.
