Chicken is one of the most savored and authentic food that is cooked during the month of Ramadan celebration. And there are never ending recipes for chicken that you can cook and try something new and different every day.
Preparing chicken recipes depends upon the flavors that you choose to eat and the method that you pick to cook the dish. In this article, you will get a simple yet spicy boneless Chilli chicken recipe, that you can savor during the Iftar time while opening the day long fast.

INGREDIENTS:
350 grams of diced Boneless Chicken
½ cup of Corn Flour
1 Egg, beaten
½ teaspoon of Ginger paste
½ teaspoon of Garlic paste
2 cups of thick-sliced Onions
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
2 medium-sized, thickly-sliced and deseeded Green Chillies
2 tablespoons of Vinegar
Water as per the requirement
Oil, for deep frying the chicken
Salt as per the requirement
Spring Onions, chopped, for garnish

HOW TO PREPARE:
Take a large bowl and pour corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, egg, water and salt in it. Mix all the ingredients well to form a batter.
Now take the boneless chicken pieces and coat them in the batter properly.
Then, take a deep-frying pan or kadhai, and pour oil in it. Turn on the high flame.
Next, take one chicken piece at a time and put in into to the heated oil. Fry them until crispy and golden.
Once fried, take out the chicken on paper towel/kitchen towel to soak the excess oil.
Now take another pan and heat 2 tablespoons of oil in it.
Pour the sliced onions in it and sauté until they turn golden-brown. Add green chillies to the onions and fry until they turn soft.
Now add the vinegar and soy sauce into the pan, along with the fried chicken pieces. Mix well. pour water if you want gravy and cook well.
Take out in a serving dish and garnish with fresh and chopped spring onions.
