1 grapefruit
1 cup chamomile tea
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp jojoba oil
Some oregano
1 tsp coconut oil
Making this concoction is easier than you’ve imagined. Just extract the juices from oranges and grapefruit. Add the other ingredients to it. Mix it well. Fill the concoction in a bottle. Inhale the smell or just rub some on your nose whenever you go through the craving for cigarettes.
This remedy has so far worked for many. It takes some time to get rid of the urge completely. So be patient with it.
