Ingredients needed for egg roll recipe:
- Eggs- 2
- Chapati- 1
- Onion- 1 (Thick slices)
- Green chilli sauce- 1/2 teaspoon
- Capsicum- 1 (Thick slices)
- Lemon juice- 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup- 2 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder- 1/2 tablespoon
- Carrot- 1 (Grated)
- Butter- 2 teaspoons
- Salt- as per requirement
- Ginger- 1 inch (Minced)

Now, how to make egg roll:
- First, take a frying pan and place it over medium heat.
- Now, add a teaspoon of butter to it.
- Then, add capsicum, carrots, and onions to it.
- Cook all the veggies over a high flame for 2 minutes.
- After that, add pepper, salt, and lemon juice to the veggies.
- Now, add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup to the veggies and cook for another 1 minute.
- Then, remove the pan from the flame and keep it aside.
- Take a bowl and break two eggs.
- Add pepper and salt to the eggs for taste and whisk.
- Now, heat 1 teaspoon of butter in the pan.
- Then, add half egg mixture to the pan and make an omelet.
- After that place the chapati over it and add the remaining egg mixture on top of the chapati and flip.
- Make sure it is cooked on both the sides.
