This veg wrap recipe is a great way to make your kids eat a healthy meal. You have the chapati as the base and the vegetables as the filling. The creamy mayo or hung curd spread will add a creamy texture to the wrap making it less dry. You can also add cheese or your kid’s favourite vegetables in the filling as well and customise it accordingly.

Ingredients:
- Chapati- 4
- Mayonnaise or hung curd- ¼ cup
- Carrot- 1, medium sized (julienned)
- Onion- 1 (thinly sliced)
- Bell pepper- 1 (thinly sliced)
- Tomato- 1 (deseeded and thinly sliced)
- Lettuce- as required (you can also use cabbage)
- Green chilli- 1 (Finely chopped)
- Garlic- 2 cloves (paste)
- Lemon juice- as per requirement
- Black pepper powder- as per requirement
- Mustard powder- ¼ tsp.
- Salt- as per taste
- Olive oil- 1 tbsp.
Procedure:
- Â Heat oil in a pan.
- Â Add the chopped green chilli and thinly sliced onions in it.
-  Sauté the onions on a low flame until they are caramelised and soft.
- Â Add the garlic paste and cook until the raw aroma fades away.
-  Now add the chopped vegetables and sauté on a high flame.
- Â Add the salt and the black pepper.
- Â Mix well and turn off the flame. You still want the vegetables to be crispy and soggy.
- Â Transfer the vegetables to a bowl.
- Â Take the mayonnaise in a bowl. Add some salt, black pepper and lemon juice to it and mix it well.
- Â Lightly warm up the chapati in the same pan and then start assembling the veg wraps.
- Â Lay the chapati flat on the assembling surface. Spread the mayonnaise on the chapati.
- Â Then put a layer of lettuce or cabbage.
- Â Put the vegetable filling on one side of the chapati (lengthwise) and then roll it like a wrap.
- Â Prepare all the wraps like this and serve immediately.
