Do you ever notice the colour of your pee? Most of the people don’t ever pay attention to the colour of their urine. The colour of your urine can tell so much about your health and people are certainly not aware of this fact. It may sound a little weird at first, but after reading the information given below you could not help but keep an eye on the colour of your urine.

Light Brown

Light brown coloured urine signifies that you are not consuming enough fluids. By fluids, we mean water along with fruits such as watermelons and cucumbers which have a very high water content. Drinks which contain caffeine do not count as fluids as these may lead to further dehydration instead of adding to the water content of the body. So if your urine is light brown in colour, then it is time for you to increase your fluid intake considerably. After doing the same, keep a check on your urine for a change. If even after increasing the fluid intake, there is no change in the colour of urine then you should see your doctor.
