So keeping all that in mind we have come up with this yummy frittata recipe. Frittata is like an omelette but with lots of vegetables and sometimes meat. But today we are going to share with you the most basic type of frittata recipe which is the potato frittata.

Ingredients:

- Eggs- 3-4
- Potato- 1 (peeled and chopped into cubes)
- Butter- 2 tbsp. + 1 tbsp. oil
- Fresh coriander- 1-2 tbsp. chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Heat up a non-stick pan and add butter as well as the oil to it. Cook the potatoes in the oil till lightly golden in colour. Season the potatoes with some salt.

2. Now in a bowl, crack all the eggs and whisk them. Add the salt, pepper and coriander to the eggs and whisk them again.

3. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes in the pan. Lower the flame and let the eggs cook from one side. It will take around 3-4 minutes.

4. Once the frittata is cooked from one side, take a big plate and flip over the frittata over it. Now place the pan back on the flame and slowly slide the frittata back to the pan but this time, the uncooked side should be on the bottom of the pan. Cook the frittata again for 3-4 minutes and then take it out on a plate.

5. Slice it and serve it hot or cold.
