1. SEA SALT
The most effective and the easiest way to treat your bacne is using sea salt. All you need is 2 cups of sea salt and lukewarm water. Sea salt is great in drying out the excess oil and toxins from the body and good for removing acne as well.
Simply add the sea salt into the bathtub filled with lukewarm water. Relax for about 20-25 minutes in the bath tub. Do NOT take a cold shower after this remedy, otherwise, the acne might appear back.

2. HONEY & OATMEAL MASK
Honey provides a soothing sensation and oatmeal will help the acne to settle down with its great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This is not only for the back but it can be applied to any part of your body to cleanse the impurities.
Cook 3 tablespoons of oatmeal in the usual way and add honey to it while its half cooked. Let it cool after it’s completely cooked and then apply the mixture on your back and let it sit for the next 20 minutes. Wash off afterwards.

3. BAKING SODA
Baking soda is a natural acne healer that vanishes your acnes within one-time use. But the overuse can also cause irritation and dryness on your skin, so use in an appropriate proportion only.
Take 1 tablespoon of baking soda and mix it with a little amount of water to form a thick paste. Now apply that paste all over your back and let it sit for the next 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water afterwards.

Take a few drop of tea tree oil in a small bowl and add a few drops of water into it. Now take a cotton swab and soak it in the mixture. Dab the soaked cotton swab on the acnes and let it work its magic.
