1. Walk to places
If you’re going to run some household errands to the nearby supermarket, instead of taking an auto or a rickshaw, trying going by foot. If your workplace is not that far from your home, then you should opt out for the cab. You can walk your way to the office. This way you will feel energised all the day and will be able to burn ample calories.

Enrol yourself to a swimming club. Swimming is the best form of workout which includes movement of all the muscles of our body. Swim against the current to provide enough resistance to your body.

5. Play a sport
Which one is your favourite outdoor game? No, we are not talking about Ludo or carom board here.
