1. Tight Jeans
If you’re wearing an overtight jean which tugs a lot on your waist, you’re actually compressing the nerves in those regions. This reduces the proper blood supply to your legs. Wearing an over-fit jeans will not only leave a mark on your waist, it can also be the reason behind you getting numb feet every now and then. So prefer little loose jeans or just swap it with a palazzo for a day or two.
2. Tight Shape Wears
Everybody wants to look thin and petite. But does that mean you start pushing your flesh in order to get a thin waistline? Stocking though seems very fragile and harmless, but too tight stockings can actually squish your muscles and leave the same impact as the jeans do. So pull them out only for some special occasions.
3. Socks
Have you ever tried wearing overtight socks under your shoes? If not, then don’t ever! The marks left by the socks on our feet are just an indication. It also interferes with the normal blood circulation in our feet. Try wearing loose ankle socks if you really want to wear socks under your shoes.
4. Tight Bra Straps
Too-tight bra can dig into your skin leaving behind marks and itchy skin. If you wear such type of bras for every single day, you’ll do nothing but traumatize your tissue. This can cause the skin in that region to darken. Wear a bra which is tight enough to support your assets, more than that is not required. And also, exfoliate your skin so that your bra doesn’t leave any permanent marks over there.
5. Finger Rings
We know that you can’t get rid of your wedding ring, but this becomes our duty to inform you that wearing a ring permanently can cause ring marks. Too tight rings can also make your fingers numb and dysfunctional. So it is advised to keep taking your ring out. Also, exfoliate your hands twice or thrice a week.

6. Tight Headbands
You yourself must be knowing this, what tight headbands can do to you. If you wear them all throughout the day, you can face a severe headache. You can blame your trendy hair accessory for this. The only solution is to take this band out often and if you want to wear a headband, make sure to pick up the loose ones.
7. Tight Sandal Straps
Shoe bites are something which is experienced by every woman in the world. It’s considered mandatory for the new shoe to bite your foot for the first time. But if you straps are too tight, these shoe bites will occur frequently. In worst cases it can also cause scabs. You can also use bandages to avoid such nuisances.
8. Belts
The buckle of the belt is usually made up of nickel which irritates the skin a great deal. When it comes in contact with your skin along with sweat, it causes skin rashes. So create a barrier between your skin and the belt buckle.
