1. Qihai (CV6)

2. Sanyinjiao (SP6)

Place 2-3 fingers on the point and apply the gentle pressure in the circular motion and massage for two to three minutes.
5. Zusanli (ST36)
This point is connected to the upper abdominal as well as parasympathetic nervous systems. It is located 3 inches below the kneecap. Place 2 fingers on the zusanli point and move the fingers in the circular motion gently. Massage for two to three minutes and repeat for the other leg too.
