Today I am going to share with you a quick snack recipe which is the corn pakoda or corn fritters. Pakodas or fritters are a very popular snack recipe which is very popular and loved by all. You can basically turn anything and everything into fritters and enjoy it with your family. Here is a step by step recipe of the corn pakora for you to try.

Ingredients:
- Sweet corn- 1 ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp.
- Cumin- ½ tsp.
- Gram flour/besan- 2-3 tbsp.
- Rice flour- 2-3 tbsp.
- Garam masala- ½ tsp.
- Onion- 1 small (thinly sliced)
- Green chilli- 2, finely chopped
- Curry leaves- 1-2 sprigs
- Salt- as per taste
- Turmeric- a pinch
- Red chilli powder- ½ tsp.
- Oil- for deep frying
Procedure:
-  For this recipe, you can use fresh corn. If you don’t get fresh corn, then you can also use frozen corn as well.
-  If you are using fresh corn on the cob, then steam them until soft. When cooked remove the corn kernels from the cob  with the help of a knife.
- Â If you are using frozen corn, then make sure to rinse them really well.
- Â Coarsely grind the corn kernels in a grinder and transfer to a bowl.
- Â Now add all the ingredients to the ground corn and mix really well.
- Â Add the salt as per your taste and mix well.
- Â Heat oil in a kadhai. When the oil is hot enough start adding small portions of the corn mixture into the oil.
- Â Fry the corn pakoras evenly from all the sides until golden and crisp.
- Â Once cooked remove the pakoras on a paper towel and drain the excess oil.
- Â Serve the corn pakoras hot with mint coriander chutney and ketchup.
