6. Cheese
Cheese is a superfood, so is healthy for you. But dairy products like milk, cheese, butter, milk chocolate would increase the oil production and also lead to the blocked pores, which can often cause blackhead and breakout. If you are experiencing acne, avoid the pizza or the loaded cheese.
