1. Caffeine


Caffeine in coffee, tea or soft drinks could be harmful than can think. They can badly affect the menstrual cramps. Also, caffeine constricts your blood vessels and also increases the blood pressure. So, cramps also increases when you have caffeine.

2. Chocolate
