3. Medium Hair
You can wash your hair 2-3 times a week. Your hair doesn’t accumulate much oil as the fine hair does. Don’t wash your hair every day still.

You can go for the co-washing method which is much in the hype these days. In this method, you have to wash your hair using conditioner itself, without using the shampoo. Constant shampooing can dry out your hair while using a conditioner to clean your hair will keep your hair moisturized enough. Do this once in a week. For the rest of the times, wash your hair using your regular shampoo.
