How To Make Healthy and Tasty Wheat Flour Momos

Though everyone likes the taste of this delicacy, but as it is made up of plain flour which is commonly known as maida. Required Ingredients to Make This Dish

  • Wheat Flour
  • Finely chopped Broccoli or Cabbage
  • 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • Half Capsicum finely chopped
  • One Teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • One teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • ½ teaspoon powdered pepper
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole wheat flour for momos
  • Refined oil

How to Prepare

First of all heat, some oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic. Add all the chopped veggies and fry it on the simmer heat. When they become a little soft, add salt and sugar to taste. Heat for 2 minutes and then cover it with a lid. Take some wheat flour in a vessel and add a pinch of salt. Add some water and make a dough. Make 20 dough out of it. Roll this dough into flatbreads and fill the fried veggies into it. Use some water to seal the edges. Similarly, prepare the rest of the momos. Add some water to the steamer and steam the momos for 10-15 minutes. Serve them hot with the red sauce and white sauce.
