1. High risk of salmonella

2. Depletion of biotin
Eating the raw egg whites could cause biotin depletion. Biotin is commonly known as Vitamin H and Vitamin B7. Deficiency in biotin can cause skin conditions like cradle cap which also affects many infants and seborrheic dermatitis which can affect adults. Lack of the muscle tone, coordination, pain and the cramps in muscles, hair loss and seizures, are some of the health problems caused by biotin deficiency.
Raw albumin contains the protein avidin. It is not a toxic substance, however it depletes biotin from the body.
