Tea tree oil has antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, & antifungal, which will help to treat an ear infection. Tea tree oil can be used in various ways to treat an ear infection. Insert a few drops of warm oil in your ear and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing with water. A few day treatments can be very much effective against ear infection. 4. Neck Exercises
Sometimes the muscle surrounding your ear canal gets stretched and therefore performing a simple neck exercise sometimes can give you relief from the unbearable pain. This can be performed by slowly rotating your head and neck and by lifting your shoulder towards your ear. Repeat it if you are free throughout the day for better effect.
5. Olive Oil
This method is old but lacks any backing by scientific evidence. However, the American Academy of Pediatrics says that adding a couple of drops of warmed olive oil is safe and could be moderately effective.

Garlic is part of the onion genus and contains an important phytoconstituents known as allicin which has very good antibacterial activity and can be very much effective against ear infection. Having raw garlic can relieve you from ear pain. But if you are taking antibiotics then you should consult the doctor before eating garlic.
