Diwali has already gone, but it has left some memoirs behind. No, we’re not talking about the Diwali gifts and sweets. It’s air pollution and smog we’re talking about. We’re not unaware that people go berserk on Diwali and even after the advised preventive COVID measures they don’t spare a single cracker to burst on the Diwali night. Although, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, Delhi Govt. already issues an advisory for Diwali celebration and imposed a ban on firecrackers. Let’s hope it all goes well for us all.

Sadly, the air quality has degraded by upto 42 times! It is now official lethal to breathe in the air in the National Capital Region. What can we do? We cant sit locked inside our houses and pray for the pollution to settle down. We have to take some precautionary methods to protect our health and skin from the menacing air pollution.

Use a facial oil as well to get the dirt and grime out of your skin pores. Follow it up by a gentle cleanser to get rid of impurities settled on your skin. Wash your face twice a day to keep it problem-free.
5. Don’t Forget the Sunscreen
Sunburn will only aggravate your skin issues. So protecting your skin from the activities of free radicals and UV radiations is very important. Use a proper SPF to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

You can use a soft facial brush to get the dead skin and accumulated dirt out of your face. Scrub your skin in gentle circular motions. Do it preferable at night.
