1. Fenugreek tea

3. Yoghurt and Fenugreek seeds
Both have anti-inflammatory activities and may help in controlling the glucose levels in the body. Crush one tablespoon of fenugreek and add it to a cup of low-fat plain yoghurt and use it.
4. Fenugreek water
Dipping fenugreek in water not only helps in controlling glucose levels but also aids digestion, and neutralises gastric acidity. Soak 10 g of fenugreek in hot water and use every day.
How much is Fenugreek Safe
 According to a study, a dose ranging in between 2-25 g per day of fenugreek is considered effective and safe. However, as per the compliance, the highest percentage of a dose selected is 10 g. Seed powder (25 g), Fenugreek raw seeds (25 g), cooked seeds (25 g) and gum isolate of fenugreek seed (5 g) decreases the glucose levels after consuming the meal.
