It doesn’t matter whether you are fat, slim, young or old, male or female, you should give at least one hour to exercise every day or other physical activity which will increase the heart rate. A proper workout should consist of strength training and cardio both. But if you don’t have time due to a busy schedule, then go for a 30-35-minute-long walk or run. The physical activities will enhance your weight and it will keep it under control, and it will further reduce stress.

2. Maintaining two hours gap between dinner and sleep

Never go to sleep immediately after you have your food. If you are in the habit of doing it then it is better to stop it right away. As the night arrives, metabolism rate slows down. So after taking your dinner, take a gap of 2 hours at least before going to sleep. In simple words you need to have a gap of 2 hours at least between the dinner and sleeping time. Having insufficient time gap leads to stomach related issues such as toxin accumulation, bloating and weight gain.

3. Consume three meals in a day

Your daily food consumption must be broken into three proper meals at proper intervals throughout the day. It should consist of breakfast, lunch and dinner. A proper and balanced meal has 10-15% of fats, 15-20% of proteins and 60-70 % of carbohydrates. Also don’t skip your meals since it may result in poor digestion, fatigue, stress, and disturbed immune system.

4. Drinking four pints of water

5. Have five servings of vegetables and fresh fruits
