5 Different Types Of Tea To Fight Inflammation


Inflammation is the complex protective response involving molecular mediators, blood cells, and immune cells that has been initiated by the body in response to some of the harmful stimuli like damaged cells, pathogens, or irritants. Inflammation has been broadly classified into two types namely, acute and chronic inflammation. Acute inflammation is a relatively short-term process that occurs in response to any tissue injury, cuts, or bruise. It is marked by redness, pain, swelling, immobility, and heat at the injury site as the body initiates its repair mechanism in response to any injury or damage. Chronic inflammation is also known as long-term inflammation which can last in the body for a long time which can prolong up to several months to years.
